Ingredients
250ml Kyneton Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 per person – Garlic Cloves
1 per person – tsp Salt
3 per person – Egg Yolks
Juice of half a Lemon per person
Instructions
Crush the garlic and salt together in a mortar and pestle
Whisk in the egg yolks, add the lemon juice
Continue whisking whilst adding the olive oil to emulsify.
Drizzle Over Cooked Meats and or vegetables & Salads
